Card Condition

Card Conditions

All cards at Hello Trading Cards are assessed according to our in-house grading standards. Each product listing includes a condition grade where applicable. If no grade is listed in the product title, the card is classified as Condition A by default. Please review the guidelines below before making a purchase.

Condition A

Cards graded as Condition A are considered to be in excellent overall condition. While there is a small chance they may exhibit slight factory imperfections, subtle print irregularities, or very minimal whitening on the reverse side, they remain suitable for collectors seeking high-quality items. 

Condition B

Cards graded as Condition B may display visible whitening or wear on the reverse side. However, the front surface remains largely unaffected with no major scratches or damage to the artwork. These cards are suitable for those looking for presentable display pieces at a lower price point.

Condition C

Cards graded as Condition C will show more prominent signs of imperfections. This includes noticeable wear on both the front and back surfaces, such as marks, whitening, or light edge damage. Condition C cards may appeal to buyers seeking specific or vintage cards for completion purposes where condition is not a priority.

Unopened Promo Cards

Unopened cards are considered Condition A by default unless otherwise stated. These items are verified to be free from any noticeable damage to the card or packaging. Minor manufacturing inconsistencies that do not affect the card's integrity may still occur.

Graded Cards (Certified)

Certified cards (e.g., PSA, BGS) are listed strictly according to the certification authority’s grade. We do not apply A/B/C condition ratings to these items, and all graded cases are damage-free at the time of sale.

For any card priced over £25, customers may request a high-resolution photo prior to purchase. Simply contact us through the store’s messaging form here, and we will respond within 24 hours.
