Shipping Information

Hello Trading Cards ships orders within the UK and internationally using Royal Mail. All services include tracked delivery and secure packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.

Shipping Services, Speeds & Pricing

We offer three Royal Mail delivery options:

• Royal Mail 48 – Arrives in 2–3 working days (£2.99 or free on orders over £40)
• Royal Mail 24 – Arrives in 1–2 working days (£3.50)
• Special Delivery – Guaranteed next working day service (£8.50)

All shipping is charged at a flat rate, regardless of weight, quantity or UK destination.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next working day.

International Shipping

International delivery is available via Tracked Royal Mail. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on the destination.

Tracking, Notifications & Packaging

Every order includes tracked delivery. Dispatch notifications with tracking details are sent via email and can be viewed in your order history.

All orders are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We take great care to protect items during transit.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no updates after 5 working days, please reach out to us here and we’ll assist right away.
